I do offer a limited number of my sessions at a reduced fee rate.  I would be happy to speak with you about your financial situation to determine if you qualify for a reduced fee.

Find the right fit

Like any relationship, it is important to find someone with whom you feel comfortable and can trust. I would love to talk with you further about any questions you might have about me or my practice. You can book a free consultation or your first session today with my online schedule, or call or email me with any questions.

Online booking

The Loom Therapy uses Simple Practice for online scheduling, intake forms, secure messaging, and billing. This allows us to focus more time on your well-being rather than paperwork and administrative tasks.

Cancellation policy

In the event that it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hour notification or the full cost of the session will be charged. This allows for other clients on the cancellation list or who may call that day in emergencies to utilize that appointment time.

Out-of-Network Provider Reimbursement

To ensure complete focus on clinical care, this practice does not directly bill through any insurance plan. This allows you as the client to work with me to determine the duration of your therapy, versus the insurance company dictating how many sessions you should receive. This also helps to protect your private and confidential information.

However, insurance-ready statements will be provided that review the services you have accessed. These statements can be used for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan.

You can contact your insurance company and ask if they cover an out-of-network Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have provided some helpful questions to ask your insurance company. If this is something that you are interested in I recommend that you call them before your first appointment to gather all of the information you need. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be a support in this process.
